NOTIFICATION OF PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
ASSESSOR’S OFFICE
The Charlemont Assessors Office will be conducting their annual building permit, cyclical and sales verification inspections throughout the next few weeks to comply with Department of Revenue requirements.
Jim King, from Patriot Properties is the consultant working with the Assessors to conduct these inspections; Jim will have a Board of Assessors sign on his vehicle and will carry identification and a letter of introduction from the Assessor's Office.
The Board of Assessors greatly appreciates your cooperation in allowing these inspections.
