Charlemont Planning Board will hold a public hearing on April 2, 2026 at 6:15 p.m.
at Town Hall, 157 Main Street, Charlemont, MA, and via phone at 1-425-436-6388,
access code 279013#, to receive comments on proposed amendments to the
Charlemont Zoning Bylaws concerning Accessory Dwelling Units, Personal
Wireless Service Facilities setbacks, and Social Equity provisions related to
marijuana establishments. Full text of the proposed amendments is available for
review at Town Hall and on the Town website.
