Notification of Data Quality Inspections from the Assessor's Office

The Charlemont Assessor’s Office is undergoing a certification for Fiscal Year 2026 (formerly called a revaluation), and to ensure that our property cards reflect the correct information for the properties in Town, our Department of Revenue Advisor Paula King will be conducting data quality inspections on Monday, May 12th and 13th.
Paula will mostly be doing drive-by’s for these inspections, she will not typically need to enter a property. Paula drives a white Jeep Grand Cherokee with MA plate # 4TXS24.
