Invitation For Bids Charlemont Fairgrounds Restroom Facility
The Town of Charlemont, acting through its Town Administrator as Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Stand-Alone Handicap Accessible Restroom Facility at the Charlemont Fairgrounds, Park Street, Charlemont, MA.
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Town Administrator, PO Box 677, Charlemont, MA 01339 until May 8,2026 at 1 pm at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project consists of the design, construction, and installation of a stand-alone restroom facility, including all labor, materials, and equipment, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

The Town of Charlemont reserves the right to reject any or all bids if deemed in the best interest of the Town.
